Rev. Reji Easow is a Mar Thoma Church ordained minister. His native parish is St. Thomas Mar Thoma Church in Kozhencherry, Kerala, where he is originally from but at the same time he is a part of the Diaspora community he grew up in Mumbai Diocese and was part of Jerusalem Mar Thoma Church Nallasopara.  Rev. Reji Easow attended Viva College in Virar (2004) and St. Francis De Sales School in Nallasopara (till 2002) for his education. Achen graduated from LTC with a Bachelor of Divinity and Viva College, Virar, with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. He also has a Master's degree from Indira Gandhi National Open University in sociology. 

He was ordained as Deacon on 12th June 2017 at St. Peters Mar Thoma Church Goregaon and as "Kasseesa" on 26th June 2017 at Jerusalem Mar Thoma Church Nallasopara. He is currently enrolled at the University of Coventry in the United Kingdom to pursue an MBA in Global Healthcare Administration and Leadership.

Achen was appointed as the vicar of Bethel Mar Thoma Church Payyannur and Jerusalem Mar Thoma Church Cherupuzha in his first posting in the year 2017. In addition, he was the director of the Divya Nikethan Hospital Guidance Center Pariyaram (Kannur). From 2021 He served as the vicar of Salem Mar Thoma Church Thannipadam before moving to the UK for his studies.  

Rashmi Thomas is his wife who is currently working in Kings College Hospital London as Senior Infection Prevention and Control.
